  Part 2 review Nonetheless, I attempted to make peace with him by telling him thank you for the refund. I then shook his hand and told him no hard feelings. I understand business can get emotional time to time. He responded by saying, yep have a good day. I felt his response was a bit dry. I decided to follow-up by informing him that I would write a positive review on him for providing my full refund, and he once again follows-up by saying, yep, have a good day. No acknowledgement of any kind of my positive review comment. The perception I got from him, is he just wanted me gone and I'm a nuisance. In conclusion, I feel Christopher took this encounter personally instead of keeping it professional. Perhaps, he's upset I had someone assist on my call which knew all the Advance Auto Parts store policies. He attempted to withhold my funds until I made that phone call. When I made the gesture to make peace with him and let the negative experience go, he couldn't conceal his negative emotions. Apparently, you need an Attorney when doing business with Advanced Auto Parts establishments. I urgently request that the Corporate offices review the surveillance footage on 3/22/2026 at approximately 3:35pm. This type of behavior from a Management representative is unacceptable! This behavior sets the worst example for your front line staff members. An apology would have been nice, and I wouldn't be writing this review right now. Apparently, this General Manager is above apologies and accountability. I welcome any and all representatives from the Advanced Auto Parts company to reach out to me for any questions or concerns.   I went here for just oil and filters, but also left with a smile. Great customer service from my main man Chuck. He did great work by showing me the deals, and helping me find the parts I need. Chuck is awesome!!
