  We have had Allstate insurance (Brian Rogich Group- Franklin Wisconsin) for at least 15 years for our home and auto needs. Carrie Mueller was extremely helpful and patient with a claim that was in dispute. She kept us in the loop all the time and made us feel informed of details and developments throughout the process.
