  Placed order online and when we picked up the food the employees didn't bother telling us that they ran out of/ didn't have a certain ingredient for one of the sandwiches. Instead they just duplicated one of the other sandwiches and thought that would be fine to not say anything or call us. They kept the price the same however, charging us more for a less expensive sandwich. Upon returning to do an exchange, they gave us attitude for their incompetence and lack of communication. Close this store or get new management, because the employees are not properly trained or provide good customer service.

  Shout out to the 3 women working the Sunday crew at lunch yesterday. I came with my wife right as the store was filling up with a good 15 customers. We were impressed by the skills of each employee that day. Molly kept her patience and still cranked out thoughtfully made sandwiches for us, even with that intimidating line. The other two women kept everything running smoothly. We talked about our experience afterwards, so obviously we were impressed! Usually I dont review Subway, but credit is due at this location.
