Man customer service was down right unbelievable like the lady could barely speak English I go in there to get a sim card to activate my new phone on my pre existing line name on the account and everything they lady tells me she can't sell me a sim card or activate my phone on my pre existing line with an ID like people I'm am not joking you this woman was arguing with me like crazy telling me it's (Cricket company policy) I said alright cool I get the activate the line part so I'm like let me just buy the sim card kit here's the 10$ and she says no and refuses to sell me the sim kit then finally this other guy comes out the back luckily he speaks pretty good English and he's like what's the problem so I explain to him and then he talks to her in Spanish and says yeah she's saying she can't without an ID I'm like what like no where in the world do you have to show your ID to buy a sim like I'm not gonna activate here like what and dude swears it's company policy then hands me his managers card 😂needless to say not even 10 mins later I get one at Walmart for a dollar less and without an ID went to the cricket website for my new phone and then called cricket corporate today to officially tell them about the incident and they said their is not such company policy the sim is useless and not hooked up to an account and till bought that there is no need for an ID to buy like man y'all stay away from here hopefully they do a full sweep into this place and get all new employees worst cricket ever 💯

Danelle was very helpful with setting up a new phone for me. She was very patient as I am not the most tech savvy person. She explained everything in an easy to understand way. She was also very considerate to protect my privacy when making changes to my account. She is also bilingual which is very helpful.
