I believe her name was Danielle? Young Hispanic lady who was so helpful and stay a little after closing when I got there at 7:30pm and helped get me a new phone so I can get back to working. 11/10 experience.

The manager was extremely rude. Making comments about our children, loudly telling the other customers in the store that we didn't know how to parent. They are 2 and 3 and were just speaking loudly. Then she proceeded to make fun of us in Spanish to the other employees. We left and will not be doing any further businesses with cricket in Fond du Lac.

Izzy was amazing! She helped signing me up for EBB and multitasked throughout the process! My friend referred me and I am definitely referring more friends! Great personality!
