  I can't STAND this location. They almost always mess up my order and there is no remedy. Last night I placed an order for my kids, wings, fries, three brownies, 8 drinks. Order arrived with 2 brownies, no straws and the other 2 brownies were under the veggies sticks and therefore wet, soggy and inedible. I tried to call the location to get a refund for the missing brownie and no one picked up. Finally reached someone the next day and when I started to explain what happened, she hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

  Anteriormenete habia visitado este lugar y la comida estaba muy bueno pero lo visite por segunda vez y el pollo tenia mucho aceite estaba muy aceitoso nada apetitoso y la verdad hoy me decepciono. Creo que le falta mucho sabor a las piezas de pollo. I had visited this place previously, and the food was very good; however, I visited a second time, and the chicken was extremely oily—greasy and completely unappetizing. To be honest, I was disappointed today. I feel that the chicken pieces are really lacking in flavor.

  This is the second time I've ordered for delivery, and it went to this store with the same results. I ordered bone in wings, one with bbq, one with parmesan, and they were overcooked and dry. I ordered the corn without the Cajun seasoning and with the parmesan seasoning, and they put both on. At the west side store, the wings are not dry, and they respect my seasoning requests so I know using both seasonings are not the norm. Did you ever consider that people who don't order spicy food, cannot eat spicy food? That was a complete waste of money and time for me today.

  I love this place because they always make their food well cooked and their fries and wings are always top notch.

  I’ve done pick-up from this location multiple times and they CONSTANTLY put missing wings in the orders. This is not a one-time mistake . it happens over and over. I ordered a 10-piece wings and they only put 8 in the box. They clearly don’t care and don’t check anything before handing out orders. If you have the chance, go to the Wingstop on the West side DON’T come to this location
