  I was returning something to Amazon but had printed the wrong QR code. The customer service lady at the store helped me by showing me how to get it changed! Very nice!

  i normally just use this place for dropping off amazon returns, but recently i needed help with a fun little project my family has shipping sourdough bread to friends and family, they were super accommodating, were able to help print us stickers and get our first loaf shipped. Being able to email back and forth with the team for files and things was nice, no barrier, no uploading, no website, just easy communication.

  Staff at this UPS store are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Lines usually aren't too bad (just don't go immediately after weekday work hours if possible). I also have a mailbox with them to be able to receive packages for my business and that process is always seamless, with them always having my packages within easy reach and getting them to me in seconds.

  I could not speak more highly of Johnson and the rest of the team at the Fitchburg UPS store. I’m in and out so quickly every time. The store is very clean and tidy! Thanks for all your help over the years.
