  I was at this store at 5:50 today. The posted closing time of 6pm is right next to the bright OPEN sign which is eagerly flashing away. Inviting you to come in with it’s bright red glow reflecting off of the locked door. Two employee’s are standing behind the door watching me as I knock on the door in vain. They can’t be bothered. They are just to busy waiting to clock out. You can’t get service here, good or bad. The business lost about $700+ in revenue today. Plus more based on my past purchases and the future lifetime value of a customer. Good win for Autozone. P.S. this is the second time this has happen at this location. The last time it was 5:42 and locked. To be fair the older guys that are there sometimes usually in the mornings are decent, but the younger crew that works afternoons should find another line of work.

  This is not a true Advanced Auto Parts store, they are still a Carquest operating as Advanced Auto Parts. This being said, I tried to return a part at the Verona store and it can’t be done due to the systems being different. I have tried to make a return at the Fitchburg location 3 times now on three separate days all at different times throughout the day. They claim to not have enough money in the registers every time. The part was paid for in cash, but they won’t give cash back. Two out of three times the staff have been terrible. Recommend Orileys vs this store location hands down.

  Jeremy, the store manager, was quite helpful when I came in. Got all the parts I needed for a rear brake job and let me know what else I needed beyond the parts. Prices reasonable and comparable to autozone/o'reilley as well.
