  Adam and Becca were extremely helpful. Adam was always going the extra mile to help and worked with me over two weeks to figure out the right game plan for the car issues I was having. I just moved to Madison, and I’ll be coming back here to specifically work with Adam for as long as he sticks around Advance.

  I was at this store at 5:50 today. The posted closing time of 6pm is right next to the bright OPEN sign which is eagerly flashing away. Inviting you to come in with it’s bright red glow reflecting off of the locked door. Two employee’s are standing behind the door watching me as I knock on the door in vain. They can’t be bothered. They are just to busy waiting to clock out. You can’t get service here, good or bad. The business lost about $700+ in revenue today. Plus more based on my past purchases and the future lifetime value of a customer. Good win for Autozone. P.S. this is the second time this has happen at this location. The last time it was 5:42 and locked. To be fair the older guys that are there sometimes usually in the mornings are decent, but the younger crew that works afternoons should find another line of work.
