I love that Eau Claire FINALLY has a good chicken chain restaurant!
I've had Wingstop before plenty of times in the cities and this location has higher quality and better customer service than all of those experiences combined.
The sandwiches are tasty, the fries are great, perfectly seasoned, and the wings have the right amount of sauce spice and options.
The opening day I made an online order for pickup and had to wait an hour but that's ok because I expected that from the 3rd party ordering apps ruining restaurant experiences and service.
Anyone giving low reviews I solely blame on them either ordering online through 3rd party or their taste buds haven't developed yet.
Idk about the food I never got it. It said mine was cooking upp flavor for 45 mins. They kept saying I was next to get bagged up, then I saw more people get their food. So asked again and they said they are just putting it in now, 5 more mins. Screw them for lieing

I went into it knowing there would be a wait based on previous reviews but some recent reviews looked more promising so I gave it a shot. Well, that was a poor choice. I had 6 others behind me in the queue get food before me. Went to the counter and was told they were bagging it, but that still took another 10 minutes while I watched 4 more orders go out before I finally received my order. 50 minute wait for 15 wings was not worth it.
The food is great, but the pickup process needs improvement. This has happened to me three different times now. I've arrived when my online order was marked ready, seen it sitting in the pickup window, and still had to wait 20 minutes before someone helped me. I understand it gets busy, but better awareness of customers waiting at the counter would make a big difference.
Overhyped, overpriced, underwhelming, mid wings. Waited 40 mins for an order of 15 wings placed online that said it would take 8-13 mins. Pretty sure others had waited longer. Cost ~$22 for 15 wings with tip.
Restaurant so busy and small it’s basically one giant waiting area jam packed with people. Staff in front have saint-like patience dealing with the crowd, I’ll give them that.
Just take your money elsewhere and go get wings from one of Eau Claire’s wonderful local restaurants instead of feeding another chain we didn’t need.
