  I had to return a phone and walked in and the workers were so jolly and helpful! The individual helping me packaged it and did everything! If I need to do another return in the future, I will be going back to this UPS!

  The associate here mistyped the address so the package got returned and would not refund the shipping for their mistake. Accountability is important, there are better services to use.

  I dont know if its weird to be so happy about this but everytime I go there they are so nice and helpful. The young man, Jack, that helped me was very helpful, happy, and kind. There was another young lady working (didnt catch her name) helping a women who was deaf/hard of hearing. She was so patient, and kind. Took the time to write notes back and forth. Its too bad people only think to review when they have a negative experience.

  Great customer service! Greeted right away when we walked I’m and assisted with all our needs in getting our package shipped...will definitely be back!
