  Always friendly and the new location has a much more seamless parking situation for easy in and out. I appreciate the extended hours as it allows me to better serve my own customers with some extra time to ship out each day.

  I know the ups store will do their typical response of how they don't handle the packages blah blah blah, but my product was bent beyond repair, I was charged $22 with no refund of shipping costs. Was told to contact 1-800 number for UPS to file a claim, they told me to file the claim with a store. Just a run around. Now I'm out a $170 product and $22 for shipping and 0 customer service and no effort for customer retention. On top of that it had been sitting at their store for nearly a week without notifying me there was any issues, my customer had to call me and let me know he hadn't received his delivery yet. Poor customer service on both ends and will not be using ups ever again. If you want your items thrown off the back of a truck and destroyed, use these ppl. Apparently do not bend and handle with care equate to drag it behind the truck for a few miles!
