  The manager was extremely inappropriate and told my husband she was going to spank him the next time he broke his phone. It was completely inappropriate and totally out of line for the supervisor of a business. Also reached out to corporate and the authorized retailer to take it a step further with my disgust.

  The person inside was rude and handled my phone very roughly. It was a brand new phone and there was an issue. The whole situation was very off putting and we ended up just switching to another carrier.
