  WOW. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered on the app for in-store pick-up. When I walked in, the employee was making someone else's sub for pick-up with his cellphone on speakerphone next to the sub he was making. NO GLOVES, PLACING CHICKEN PIECES ONTO THIS PERSONS SANDWICH WITH HIS BARE HANDS. I picked up my sub and sat down to eat, the tables haven't been wiped down in months.... there was a visible Grey sticky substance splattered on the table I sat down-- stood right back up- the surrounding tables were also dirty. I opened my sub to see that it was made with Italian rather than whole wheat. I had to interrupt his personal conversation to ask for whole wheat. The man started YELLING AT ME. He screamed that they only have Italian available. I asked for a refund and he just got louder and louder and more upset. I left my sub on the counter and walked out.

  Ordered food thru app got there before it said it was ready. They told me someone else already picked up my order. I asked them if they where going to remake it or give me a refund they said no to both that I needed to go thru app but that just brings you to AI chat bot that you can't get anywhere with now I am out 30 dollars

  DO NOT ORDER HERE, EVER!! I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP AT THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT OPERATE AT THE BUSINESS HOURS LISTED. I'VE SUBMITTED TWO SEPARATE ORDERS ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, BEFORE THEIR ADVERTISED CLOSING TIME, ONLY TO ARRIVE TO A CLOSED OUT, LOCKED UP STORE FRONT. WORST PART, THEY CHARGE YOU ANYWAY. I WALKED AWAY WITH NO FOOD, AND YET THEY WALK AWAY WITH AT LEAST $40 IN THEIR POCKET. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM IN PLAIN SIGHT THAT I'VE EVER SEEN!!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Service was horrible. Got 2 6 in subs and a wrap and was not the best. Guy behind the counter got all butt hurt about me exchanging a bag of chips due to them being EXPIRED and was grabbing the same chips just ones that weren’t expired. Do not know the last time that this place was cleaned or a table was wiped down. Old soda tubes next to the soda machine was disguising to see. Guy behind the counter was rude and very pushy on getting me to order when I was still looking at the menu
