  Horrible experiences multiple times, the main worker Beth doesn’t help, very rude, puts your stuff in her mouth to hold it, falls asleep while helping and drools a lot! Don’t go here at all!!!!

  We went in to upgrade my son's iPhone. The employee had very little knowledge of iPhones and couldn't figure out how to transfer the info from one to the next even. Granted, my son's phone screen was really hard to see due to damage. But that wasn't it. They were out of the phone he wanted in store, and you had to buy it online. So I bought the next better iPhone. They were out of cases for that phone. Just was not a great experience.

  Great customer service! Carrie and her group were able to take care of switching my service from another carrier and finding me a good phone that took care of my needs. Thanks Carrie!
