Lisa helped me with my order. It was a little complicated. She did an excellent job. I really appreciated her customer service and kindness through my process. She deserves a raise! 😊

Carissa is the perfect combination of professional and friendly. I brought in many packages to send out. She quickly and efficiently scanned all of my items while carrying on a friendly conversation with me. At the end of my time, I felt like I had made a friend. Carissa transformed a drudging errand into a highlight of my day!

Marc at UPS was amazing! My daughter did her first set of Amazon Returns and I obviously should’ve checked them before I went to his store. There were a couple mistakes and Marc was so patient and helped me get it all taken care of. Thanks, Marc!!!

As a customer of the Delafield UPS store for years, I would like to share feedback on an exceptional employee named Carissa. She always greets every customer with a smile and attends to the needs of all with professionalism, no matter how small the ask. Carissa is just one of many helpful associates at this very well managed location. The Delafield UPS Store is my one stop for all my work from home office needs.
