  The people working and/or running this location must not really care because this review has been a long time coming. I always do mobile pick-up orders and I always leave a tip. This business gets it right, maybe, 30% of the time and wrong 60% of the time and I feel like that is being generous so I will not be coming back. For what they are charging it is just not worth the money & more often than not, what you end up getting is completely wrong and/or a rip-off.

  Went they're today, had coupons at home but didn't bring it because the app said after I buy 4 subs I get the next one free, showed the attendant, they says that's only if order thru the app, , I showed her the app, it has record of all the subs I bought in that location, she says no thru didn't go by the app. So I showed her the $6.99 deal for foot long, she said no. That's only if you order in the app, ?? So i said if I sit my car by the window and order instead of walk in it's then $6.99? She says yes, but I allready ordered at the counter. Ugg So I had to pay $12, then it says on my app afyer 4 subs you get one free, I showed her everyone I bought they're. She says no... OK, so another girl took my order, omg, city the bun open with the back of the knife! Said you want cheeese, on my grilled chicken , she put half of it on the outside of the bun! Then I says please toast it, then she took it from the oven, says you want sauce on it? I'm like not yet, what about the veggies. She put them on so slow and skimpy, like she was sleeping. Then she started to wrap it and almost dropped half the sandwhich off the counter. Ugg, and i paid

  The lady who started my sandwich scratched her nose and pusher her hair behind her ear with her gloved hands right before making my sandwich. Neither of the employees making food had any kind of hair cover on, which is also not up to code. Beyond the biome sampler from her gloves, she insisted on putting the cheese in first, then the meat, so when it was toasted the meat got broiled but the cheese underneath wasn’t melted all the way.
