  Just went there with my man we both got a sandwich my man asked for light lettuce and he got light lettuce but barely any cheese. When the guy did mine he put a crap ton of cheese but all in the corner of my sandwich and when I asked for light lettuce he loaded me with a crap ton of lettuce I even was like oh light lettuce please asking for the second time and he just staired at me and started folding my sandwich. The last couple times we went we have been very disappointed we tried again today after not going for months and yet again left disappointed ☹️ and he didn’t even welcome us in or greet us nothing he stood there stairing at us he only started talking to us when I told my man to start ordering bc the guy is just standing there stairing at us like we’re dumb. I’m not usally the type to leave a bad review but they keep disappointing us

  Twice now we have went to get subs around 9:30 and were refused service. The black girl who works there lies about being a manager and is extremely rude. The lobby was open at 9:30 so we walked in and were immediately kicked out. The girl said they closed at 9, even though the doors were open and google says they close at 10. When going to the kiosk (that was still turned on at 9:37pm, despite “closing” at 9), they refused to make our order. No one would come through the drive through window. I called the subway Walmart to ask if it had the same owners and they said no, but the worker said that the Woodward subway is notorious for horrible workers and service and that the black girl who works there has been known to cause issues with subways as she’s worked at several. Very disappointed as just recently this subway seems to be having a lot of issues with their staff.

  I came in 8/7/26 @ 1:56pm the guy with pink hair was unsanitary, rude and disrespectful didn't even say a word or nothing told him I wanted a he scuff and what not. Train your employees better. I will also be filling a complaint else where. I am very disappointed in this place thanks

  Customer service at this location always sucks and it doesn’t seem to matter who is working. I don’t expect much but it surely isn’t hard to greet your customers or maybe act like you don’t hate the world and everyone in it. My sandwich seems to turn out fine, though poorly cut and unevenly made, but I recommend checking the ingredients before you add them to your sandwich since the topping bar doesn’t seem to get paid attention to as often as it needs. Will be switching to a different location

  Workers had terrible attitudes like they didn’t even wanna be there, the younger guy making the subs took his hat off with his gloves and itched his face, and when I told him to change his gloves he starts arguing, told him it was disgusting and he walked away.
