I go to subway often and always get the same sandwich. It costs me $18.11 every time. Today I went in and told the older lady my order, she put on barely enough chicken to cover the bread. I asked her to add a little more, like literally 4 more pieces and she responded it'd cost extra. I said wow, thats it? Okay, nevermind. Then she rings me up and charges me extra. My total was over 19. This lady is a liar. Dont give her any of your money. She runs both of the subways in chippewa falls. Dont lie to your customer and then charge them anyway. Horrible integrity.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered online. Paid for my food. A friend picked it up for me. (As I am having extreme medical issues and am supposed to be on bed rest) Friend drops off food, and Subway forgot my 7 year olds sub. Try to call and talk and explain the situation. Am told there is nothing they can do aside from me coming to pick it up. And then get hung up on 3 times.
