  We had a coupon for 2 foot long subs. We asked if it would apply to our order. The woman working said yes. She was having difficulties ringing up the order. Someone came up from the back room and said the coupon would not apply. He then argued with us and told us it was a system issue and he could do nothing about it.

  went to get two subs and they completely forgot the cheese on one sub until half my toppings were on and ended up slicing almost all the cheese by trying to add it at the end and close the sub. I then asked for a singular line of chipotle sauce on my other sandwich and they put a whole glob onto it and proceeded to add more so when i sat down and opened it a half my sandwich was covered in chipotle sauce and soggy.

  I was there last night at about 4pm. The guy didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I ordered 2 subs. He was finishing on online order. Then he slide those subs down the register and made mine. Slide my down by register. Then bagged up my sandwiches and the online order. When I got home my bag had one right sub and one totally wrong. He must of put one of the online subs in our bag and didn't notice it. I tried calling the store several times to let them no but there was no answer and weren't accepting messages.

  Went to start an order. The person that was making the subs was rude and loud. After being talked to like I was wasting an employees time to do their own JOB I am never going to this subway again. Didnt even stay to finish the order. I definitely Wasted my time. Thank god I didn't waste my money. I hope management sees this and changes their employees attitude towards their customers in the future.

  I ordered regular mayo on my sub but it came overloaded with a spicy dressing that i cannot eat. It’s ridiculous
