  Overall a decent hotel - room was a little humid/ musty, but expected with summer weather. No pests. Would stay again.

  Stayed here for Oshkosh. Nice clean room, well maintained. McDonald's was right next door.

  Specifically called prior to booking to ensure there was outdoor electric (for a boat). was told yes. Only to find the outlets were not operational. Took an hour to resolve, but an extension cord was run from a garage to the trailer lot. Leaving the next morning, I left the cord there needing it again that night (no instructions from the hotel what to do with the cord etc and no access to the garage). Upon arrival for my next hight's stay the manager would not give me access to the cord nor would he talk with me like an adult. Strike 1 for Joe E. the manager. I paid extra for a larger room knowing were we staying longer. One of teh air conditioning units in the room hand a sign on it, does not work, use other one. There are two units in that size room because 1 unit does not cool the room by itself, strike 2. Go to the lobby for breakfast, and there is yet another sign. This time on the coffee.."Regular coffee out of stock". How do you not have coffee at breakfast. Strike 3 Joe. Joe seems to manage by putting signs on things that are broken instead of finding fixes. The hotel pool/hot tub do exceed expectations and the rooms are nicely appointed and clean. However, unless you like finding signs telling you things don't work, I'd not stay with Joe. E.

  Manager got mad because I didn't like the last persons garbage in my new room, when I asked to change rooms I was told no. Now the manager put me on a do not rent to list because I told the truth about my stay. Avoid this place and the manager.

  This was the cleanest, quietest, well maintained hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at in a long time. I'll be sure to visit again my next trip.
