  1st time trying Subway in about 10 years Ingredients were soggy, very stingy. Meat had a weird taste. When I asked about it I was told that's how it's supposed to taste ....Dirty store. Literally any other sandwich chain/shop is better. I feel bad for the Cambridge residents who have no other choice

  Ordered a BLT. Sandwich got here with no Lettuce or tomato on the sandwhich. I called to ask about this and I was told they do not put the lettuce or tomato on the sandwich, you have to ask for it. When i asked them if they knew what the BLT stood for, I got a very rude "Yes, Ive worked here for 11 years and we NEVER put lettuce or tomato on our sandwiches. you have to ask for it". No apology and a very rude employee. Terrible customer service. Ill never order from here again

  Stopped in for subs on May 26th around 7:00pm. The 2 young ladies that were working and had the store spotless and also provided excellent service. The subs were excellent as well!

  Literally the worst subway I've ever experienced and I've worked at Subway before. They are slow, never have the items you want, and some of the employees make rude comments to the other employees. Today was the last straw when they literally ran out of bread two hours before closing time and refused to make more. What is the point of going to a subway when there is no bread to make subs with?! Just ridiculous.
