  Went yesterday 3-4 ordered a foot long for my self and a kids pack for my son they only gave me my sub and his sandwich not the milk or apple pouch not impressed I’ll be calling today

  Come here often it is the worst Subway! Always out of bread! Tonight only had flatbread! This is not the first time this has happened 😐 so disappointed if was not local I wouldn't waste my time stopping in

  Worst customer service ever. And this isn't a one time thing. I go there several times a month. Today was the worst they mixed up me and another customers sandwiches didn't say sorry or offer to look at them since they had gloves on. Us customers had to find our own sandwich after they where wrapped. Then they charged me for both of the orders. Then when I said something about them charging me for both orders they just sat there and looked at me like I was an alien. The other customer asked if they had a ATM so he went and took out $20 to pay me back for his sandwiches. I asked them if they where gonna stand there and look dumb or do anything. The one employee said that we already paid for it. So apparently they don't know how to do refunds or know what they are. I will never go to this subway ever again. I'll drive 20 min to the next closest subway. Once again they NEVER APOLOGIZED OR ACTED LIKE THEY DID ANYTHING WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!
