Ordered 2 subs thur door dash when I received my subs they look like a child made them, called the owner to complain and he hangs up on me. 30 dollars down the drain. Subway walmart u should be a shame of urself learn how to make sandwiches.

"I am very upset. As a vegetarian, I noticed the staff using the same gloves for meat and then touching my veggies. This is completely unacceptable. They need to train their employees better on food handling standards."

Very poor experience with my online order from Subway. I ordered veggie sandwiches and clearly selected the ingredients in the order. However, when I received the sandwiches, they had very few veggies. I also specifically requested SubKrunch and a veggie patty, but both items were completely missing.
If customers are placing online orders and paying for specific ingredients, the staff should follow the order properly. It seems like the order instructions were ignored, which is very frustrating. This kind of service is unacceptable and very disappointing. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that online orders are prepared correctly in the future.
We waited about 10 minutes while the employee was making sandwiches for, I'm assuming, an online order. The employee never greeted us or told us that it would be just a minute. We remained patient. While the employee was making sandwiches, another person that had been waiting for an online order left because he had been waiting so long. After 10 minutes, the employee finally looked at us and told us to wait 5 more minutes as he continued to make other sandwiches. Is it Subway's policy to ignore customers that are in person to order while the employee fills an online order?

When walked in place was very clean and by looking at the food it all looked very good. The employees were very nice and fast and getting sandwiches made.
