  I needed to replace the cabin filter on my Explorer. When I went into store to purchase the filter I met Joe. When I mentioned I was having difficulty getting to the old one due to recent hand surgery Joe offered to help me. He was Quick,thorough and had old filter replaced in no time. Going over and above to help a customer out is really appreciated.

  Her name was Stacy but I prefer to call her angel because she miraculously saved my hind end by not only recommending the right battery but installing it herself. She insisted to do it and all I could do is give her a little bit of help off to the side. That was an amazing customer experience and you cemented me as a customer for life.   Today I went into Advanced Auto Parts in Burlington Wisconsin for windshield wipers on my Subaru. Ezequiel was amazing from start to finish. He went outside to look at my wipers to make sure that I received the correct size. He researched the most economical wipers for me to buy and even put them on before I left. Ezequiel is an excellent example of how to do customer service right!

  They are always very helpful. They even come out to my car to help me with items I purchased. Also when my check engine light goes on they bring out the reader for me and give me the codes
