  Advance in Burlington saved my day. I'm not the most knowledgeable car person, and I dropped my oil cap behind my engine down into my car. Stacy cared to grab a tool and retrieve my cap so I didn't have to buy a new one or risk further damage to my car. I would highly recommend Stacy and Advance in Burlington if you ever need help with your car! Thanks again.

  I needed to replace the cabin filter on my Explorer. When I went into store to purchase the filter I met Joe. When I mentioned I was having difficulty getting to the old one due to recent hand surgery Joe offered to help me. He was Quick,thorough and had old filter replaced in no time. Going over and above to help a customer out is really appreciated.

  Her name was Stacy but I prefer to call her angel because she miraculously saved my hind end by not only recommending the right battery but installing it herself. She insisted to do it and all I could do is give her a little bit of help off to the side. That was an amazing customer experience and you cemented me as a customer for life.
