  I had a really good experience at this store! The staff were friendly and helpful, the store was clean and the service was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this store and come back again! Kareem was the most helpful employee there

  Kareem was super nice and helpful! He had a smile on his face the whole time and made shipping really easy for me, especially since it was my first time shipping clothes to a friend. He explained everything clearly and made sure I knew what I was doing. Great customer service Kareem!

  I like coming to the UPS store in brookfield because they consistently have great costumer service. Recently, I was dealing with a problem with my Amazon return and the store associate, Evan, walked me through the steps in order to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable of the topic and was able to quickly fix the problem. Thank you for all the employees and the owner of this amazing store.
