  Talk about going the extra mile. Ismael (I do believe his name was) definitely helped me big time. I needed oil and previously received the wrong kind. He was able to help me find the right one, and help me put it in (off the clock). With two screaming kids I was relieved to not have to go to an oil changers type place

  The worker Rico and a driver (I didn’t catch his name) for advance helped me out with a problem I had with my car. They were knowledgeable and decent men that definitely deserve a raise.

  One fine day, I happened to accidentally use a gas pump in Milwaukee that had leaked gasoline onto the trigger. As I have worked at a car dealership in the past and so much enjoyed using the “mechanic soap” with the special grainy material that helps scrub off every type of grease, I purchased some of this product here, and wow - was I grateful they had it in stock. The younger men who served me pointed me to the restroom and I appreciate their clarity and understanding. - Thanks guys!

  I had a great experience thanks to Melo at Advance Auto Parts. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. He took the time to walk me through what I needed and made sure everything was taken care of without making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and takes pride in what he does.
