  I ordered online at 8pm and received a call that the cookies I ordered were not available and was only given the option for a cookie I do not like. I also ordered a steak sub and it was cold when picked up and I ordered 3 comparative cups and only received 1. Not happy

  Is there anyway we could get the owners to put a drive-through at the Brodhead facility? I mean this is 2026. It’s time to get with the program. I’ve seen other stores with a drive-through and you could probably double if not, triple your sales And I know you could take away most business from McDonald’s because there’s so many people driving through town not even stopping at McDonald’s. They’d prefer to keep driving. That Business could be yours

  The workers are extremely rude! When my family entered they said hey look ( other employees name) it’s your favorite family and we were like what? Becouse we have never been in that location before. When we were ordering our sandwich we said no ham and they tried to charge us extra and make it a turnkey sandiwtch instead of just removing the ham?
