  I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but tonight’s experience was frustrating enough that I feel like it needs to be mentioned. I came in around 7:10 p.m. on a Thursday, when the store doesn’t close until 8:00. Maddie seemed incredibly annoyed to be working and even more annoyed to have a customer. She was speaking so quietly that I had to say “I’m sorry, what did you say?” after almost everything she said. At the same time, I had to repeat my own order four or five times because it felt like she simply wasn’t listening. The other employee was in the back and didn’t appear to offer her any assistance, and overall both employees gave off the impression that customers coming in 50 minutes before closing were an inconvenience. What really bothered me was asking for extra cheese, not actually receiving extra cheese, and then being charged for it. I had to point out that I wasn’t going to pay extra for something I didn’t receive. I completely understand that everyone has bad days and that working toward the end of a shift can be tiring, but 7:10 is not walking in two minutes before closing. Customers should still be able to expect basic communication, attention to their order, and to only be charged for what they actually receive. Unfortunately, that was not my experience that night.

  Would give a 0 if I could. Walked in at 650, Sign on door said open until 8pm. Went in and one girl was helping the customers in front of me and one cleaning. One cleaning kept looking at me and didn’t say anything. Waited ten minutes then the other girl came over and said they close at 7pm and couldn’t serve me. Could’ve said something while I was waiting for nothing I guess. Will not go back.

  The guy there is not following food safety rules and he seems to be in a crappy mood everytime I come. BTW, the 5.99 breakfast deal ended up costing double. Not happy with this place. I would rather stop at mc donalds next door to eat crappy food.

  Stood at the counter for several minutes with no one coming up front to the counter to take an order. Then a girl who was working in the back (very slowly) made direct eye contact with me and kept working as if I wasn’t there. Which is okay because she had too many facial piercings to be hygienic for food service work. I left and would never go back. Very disrespectful place.
