Watched two employees argue how to make a sandwich and when the one got angry she threw the sub on the ground.

Ordered 3 footlongs online for pickup and I waited 10 minutes longer than it was supposed to be and the sandwiches was made very poorly. My steak sandwich hardly had anything on it was mostly bread I asked for extra sauce but it didn't seem to have any sauce. Has to be the worst subway experience I have ever had. 8 doubt that I will be back.

Terrible. The bread was so hard that you couldn't even get your teeth through it. Must have been in the case for over a day. Will not eat there again.

I placed my order at 7pm, when I got there at 7:30, they didn’t even start my order until I got there. When I was waiting because there was 1 person in front of me, they started talking about eww who orders that, that is nasty, what is wrong with people. They didn’t know the order was mine. When they finally realized the order was mine, they said they didn’t have any of the cookies, I wouldn’t be upset with the cookies except they gave them to someone who order way after I did. They were standing there talking about how they have been slow all day today but they are way behind, and it took an hour to get my food.

We just left Subway in Black River Falls, WI. I had my sandwich, my wallet and a $20 dollar bill on the counter, I opened the chips and the blue haired employee with her arm in a sling said, "until the chips are paid for, ya can't open it". I asked why and she very rudely said, "it's stealing". I told her I don't steal and don't appreciate being scolded. She was very rude, and we received no thank you, or a greeting when we walked in. We stop at this location frequently. But won't again.
