  Will not be shopping here again. They’re profile you if you have a receipt for a return when I brought it up to the manager she said “I’m sure that’s not what happened” so they don’t care about how the customer feels

  The outlet mall is a fun place to go! So many stores so little time to go to all the ones that I wanted to. New Balance Old Navy Torrid Adidas Skechers Build A Bear just to name a few. Many more than one can cover in a day, definitely a shop til you drop type of excursion. Also an American Eagle Outfitters as well but just going by memory of what I saw. Definitely will be going here again when there is more time to spend. Definitely worth it when you are in Wisconsin Dells area.

  Went to return a wallet that I bought 1 day ago because it was too small for my all of my things, and when I went to return it the manager on duty looked at it 5 times, looked at the receipt twice, and took her time thinking about what she was going to say. AND THEN said well we can’t take this back because you’re missing the care instruction booklet that it came with. WHAT!!! No where on the receipt did it say that had to be returned with it. So then I found the booklet and she said “ okay you can wait in line” Mind you there was only one person in front of me, and she made me stand there for at least 5-7 minutes while she was in the back room. When I’m spending that kind of money in this store I expect to be treated with more respect than I was today. I can assure you I will NEVER shop at this store again.
