Excellent experience getting a Cricket hotspot. Fast, very informative, friendly! Marco was amazing to work with, and so helpful in making sure we had the Cricket app, showed us how to navigate the hotspot menu. Thank you Marco!

I loved the awesome help from Tonya and Wolf who is the new store manager and boo baby (Ryan). I couldn't ask for anything else or better service they were awesome. If you had previous experience please go back. They are under new management. I plan on staying a cricket customer after returning today and using the Baraboo store!
