  The employee I dealt with was very helpful and the phone service has been excellent so far. I had Cricket how many years ago and the service was excellent. I moved to an area where they did not have coverage at the time and had to switch. I have kept an eye on them from time to time and it looks like their coverage has expanded, my experience with this new phone which I only got two days ago, has been excellent so far and I would expect it to continue as such.

  Rude each and everytime you enter this store or call. The only reason we have stayed with Cricket is because of the price, not the customer service. At this point, we are going to drive over an hour away just to avoid dealing the Baraboo store. So disappointing.

  Wow, I can't believe the money I am saving with 4 lines of full unlimited voice, data and text. I am paying almost half of what I was before at US Cellular. I met Samantha, the store clerk, in a convenience store and she told me she works at Cricket. I asked her how much 4 lines cost and I thought she was lying to me. I stopped by a couple days later and she showed me and promised my bill per month would not be a penny more than what she said. I have gotten two bills now and she was right on. I even got some kind of $50 discount from the federal government that make my bill about 1/4 of my old plan at US Cellular. There is no cancellation fee and I see no difference in cell coverage over US Cellular.

  Brought my number over from us cellular. Got a great price on bill and a free 5g phone. Amazing customer service!!!
