- BRBrian RoeAug 7, 20231.0VERY slow service. The older man that was working a few days ago, and today, is a terrible employee. Very, very slow. Took over 30 minutes to serve 4 customers in line. Then said they didn't have one kind of bread, when I could see it sitting on the tray. Also would not add any more veggies because, then he couldn't close the sub?? Never heard that from any Subway. Then he took a smoke break, while another couple walked up and waited. Maybe he owns the franchise, or is the owners brother, so can't be fired... But hopefully they find a replacement.
