  The brutal reality - no standards for etiquette, customer service, or meeting order times. Every single time I order here it is never ready on time. It doesn’t matter how far in advance an order is placed, even 4 hours before pickup. It will NOT be ready on time. All it takes is sitting there 10-20 minutes and watching how the staff operates to understand why. It is clear ownership does not care about a professional staff. They lack customer service skills, they lack urgency to keep pace with orders, and they lack an understanding of how to acknowledge and speak to customers with respect. Food is usually decent and place is usually clean. But standards are so low for service and timeliness in meeting customer expectations that it is enough incentive to not return.

  The guy at the register was very polite and would address me by my name which made my day. Service was fast and the wings were good. I ordered the Cajun sauce which has an interesting smell to it. Not the worst smell but still would prefer a different fragrance to my wings lol. I also wish they had more heat to them but they were good anyways. Whoever the crew was on the 1st of May at 3pm on northland deserves a raise.

  Saw an employee eating food out of multiple orders as they bagged up the items as well as going from reg handling cash to touching food without washing hands. Reached out to the website to let them know how disgusting the actions were and didn't even get a response. Would not recommend going here!
