  I’m suppose to have a package delivered today and it’s a signature so I’m patiently waiting, I check the ups tracking says the delivery was “attempted” I never heard a knock or a doorbell. I go outside to check there’s a note on my neighbors door. They didn’t even do the right apartment and now because of them I have to wait the next day AND go to the store to pick it up because they didn’t bother to make sure they were at the right place. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

  I needed to deliver a family heirloom to my son. Priceless to the family. I was nervous that something would happen to this portrait. Brent took such amazing personal care of this item it was amazing. He double wrapped with bubble protection and took exceptional care to find the right box. He, himself took ‘ownership’ of this family portrait and the results were…phenomenal! My son was so surprised and he himself, a 23 yr retired Veteran scored the packaging and wrapping as ‘excellent’. Thank you, Brent!! You ROCK! I’m so grateful!

  The fact I had to pay $1 for a single piece of tape for my package is INSANE. Didn't I already pay to have it shipped? To the young woman behind the counter who was really unhelpful and plain out rude to me, I hope you find a job that is better suiting to your likeability.
