    I thing I got food poisoning November 2014 from meatball sub check Health Department citations on the site with two years cited not proper dating. On walk-in . 2013 and 2012 may not corrected as city thinks. Manager want give coupon for free sub but have enemy to give them too

    This is not a review about the food, because it's Subway, it all taste the same. However, this review is about the customer service. I was there 2 days ago around 5:30pm. It wasn't busy and my dad and I were the only people in line, there was also only one person in back. She greeted us with an unfriendly "hello" and asked us what we wanted. I ordered a BMT Chopped Salad. I realize this is one of their more time consuming items, but it did not excuse her from telling me that it's her "least favorite thing to make on the menu". Sorry for ordering what I wanted? When she was making my dad's footlong she was complaining to him that it should be the end of the day, it feels much later than it is. To top everything off, while we were getting ready to leave we could hardly get our garbage in the trash can because it was overflowing. I looked up at her and there were no customers in line (there wasn't for a good 5-7 minutes prior) and she was on her personal phone talking to some one. For identification purposes only: the phone case had a picture of a beer on it. I don't care if her day is long or if she hates making that menu item, but I've worked in customer service and have enough common sense to know that you shouldn't complain to the customer, they don't come to your store to see a debby downer or feel guilty about what they ordered.
