    Ordered an online order at 6:04pm on 05/30/2026. Arrived at the store around 6:20pm to pick it up. While I was waiting the younger gentlemen behind the counter was trying to fill other online orders and serve in store customers at the same time, while and older lady was doing other un-important things, other then helping the younger gentleman serve the in store customers. The younger gentleman was getting upset at the older lady not helping. So they started arguing because she wasn't doing her job. I finally received my order at 6:37pm. I left the store and they were still arguing. The older lady walked out and left the younger gentlemen to fill the remaining online orders, and serve 2 other customers in line, that were waiting for 10 or so minutes, by himself. That gentleman deserves a raise and she needs to be terminated. That was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional on her part.

    Had problems ordering online for $7.00 foot long. Ordered in-store, and the ladies gave me consideration, and charged me $7.00 for 2 subs, and full price for the 3rd sub. They didn't have to do that!!! Well only go there in the future. Place could use some motivational music.

    the kid who made my groups subs, cut them with a literal dripping wet knife and it grossed me out big time. I didn’t say anything to him because I had a group, it was later in the day and felt bad..but I had to cut off a bit of each side of my sub because I was so grossed out and I just wanted to let someone know so maybe they can educate the staff to dry off the knife before sliding it through someone’s sub.

    I came in around 8pm for my birthday, I haven’t ever been treated so rudely. I work in the food industry, so I’m used to an introduction and HELPING me create my sub. I haven’t been to subway in a long time, I didn’t know what to say. She was rude, matter of a fact, and zero customer service. Not everyone knows what they are doing when they walk into the store. I DONT WORK THERE LIKE YOU!

    This guy is the greatest subway employee on the planet. He made it fast, correctly, and was really nice. Didn’t catch his name, but he was working alone, props to this guy.
