  $5 footlocker? I was charged $11.70 for a 6 inch sub. And it was mostly bread. I will not be returning to this location. I got half a scoop of chicken 1 slice of tomato, 2 pickle slices and a sprinkle of lettuce. And almost no sauce. . But the employee was making a sub for the other employee and she got all the ingredients I was missing.

  Let me start this by stating that I made a mistake when ordering and I acknowledge that. However..... I placed my order in the app. I put it in for the incorrect time. As soon as I hit submit, I realized my error. I tried to call to correct the order but the number listed on the subway app and even on the receipt I eventually got is disconnected. I drove there to give them the correct time in a further effort to have my food ready for the correct time since their phone was disconnected. The employee told me all phones for this franchise are disconnected. How is this acceptable? My order was finishing up being made as I walked in. I was told that if I wanted the subs for the later time, I would have to reorder them and pay again since these had already been made. This is unacceptable considering they don't have a working phone number for me to call to correct my error. UPDATE: Picked up my other 4 subs that were scheduled for the correct time... got to my location and 2 of the 4 subs were made wrong. I've been a sandwich artist at a subway before. One way busier than this one. It's not that hard to get stuff correct. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER DO BETTER.

  Went to walk in 10 minutes before close and doors were locked. Lady working didn’t even come to the door just shook her head at me and stared… What’s the point of having hours on the door if we’re not gonna adhere to them?
