  Would love to get in contact with an actual human but get stuck in automation loop. This is the second month in a row we have had a medical delivery that is supposed to be delivered next day ... and it will not be delivered. What is the point of next day shipping/delivery. Fully understand there is some weather issues happening right now, but it never even made it on a truck this morning. Last month it made it on a truck but an attempt was never made and it went back to the facility before 5pm (delivery message says it would be delivered by 8pm) on a Friday and it wasn't delivered until Tuesday. I really hope someone is out delivering the medication tomorrow, but without being able to talk to someone how would we know. BUT we have to sit and wait to sign with no update - that's awesome.

  Expand your weekend hours, ridiculous. Shipping signature only packages while nearly everyone is at work is less than convenient. Besides that’d open up more job opportunities.
