  Unbelievably rude. Was in the store on 8/12/26 around 3:30pm. I was shipping using my companies account number. I asked to change the return address and the man was so unbelievably rude and nasty telling me you can't change return address in a business account. I asked him if it was a new policy and said, 'in my 10 years of working for my company and shipping things to customers on a weekly basis you're the first person to ever give me a hard time about changing the return address.' he walked away, the other worker finished helping me and changed the return address as requested. Not sure why this guy was so nasty and confrontational as I am used to my home FedEx store being exceptional regarding customer service.

  I came in 3 minutes before close to copy a four page document. That was a quick NO…. He could not have someone in the store after close. I doubt making and paying for a couple of pages would have taken long… just rude
