  DO NOT COME HERE! Nick is a meme! I have visited this location numerous times over the past few years and have consistently been treated with rudeness and condescension by the same employee, Nick. Today was the final straw. His attitude is hostile, dismissive, and completely unprofessional every single time with zero provocation. After today I looked at the reviews for this location and was not surprised at all to find dozens of other customers describing the exact same experience with the same person. A 2.1 star rating across 94 reviews with the same employee called out repeatedly should have triggered corporate action a long time ago. What makes this even more concerning is that he is clearly underqualified for the entry level position he holds, which says a lot. As a former FedEx employee and current business owner I know this is not the standard FedEx is supposed to uphold. I have filed complaints with both FedEx corporate and the BBB. Nick should not be in a customer facing role. He is clearly very unhappy with his life and takes it out on all customers every day.

  Don't expect kindness and patience at this location. Dude at the desk has been rude every time I've been here, so I'll drive across town from now on.

  Unbelievably rude. Was in the store on 8/12/26 around 3:30pm. I was shipping using my companies account number. I asked to change the return address and the man was so unbelievably rude and nasty telling me you can't change return address in a business account. I asked him if it was a new policy and said, 'in my 10 years of working for my company and shipping things to customers on a weekly basis you're the first person to ever give me a hard time about changing the return address.' he walked away, the other worker finished helping me and changed the return address as requested. Not sure why this guy was so nasty and confrontational as I am used to my home FedEx store being exceptional regarding customer service.

  I came in 3 minutes before close to copy a four page document. That was a quick NO…. He could not have someone in the store after close. I doubt making and paying for a couple of pages would have taken long… just rude

  Absolutely rude!!!! Never coming back. I've never been to a Fed Ex this bad.
