  So it's a rarity that you go to a parts store and the staff are knowledgeable and kind. So it's a pleasure for me to say that when I was in my time of need the staff at the store, on june, 14 2026 in the early evening, really made me feel like inwas in good hands. I really appreciate how nice and kind that the staff were to me and how willing they were to look for parts and make sure that I was going to be back on the road. Needless to say I need more parts but that's what you guys are here for. Thank you so much for making sure that I felt like I was in good hands. They deserve raises I swear it!

  Super helpful staff and location. The young man, Trevor was amazing and totally helped me out today with my headlight. You have a great person in Trevor. Thank you all so much!

  Want to give a shout out to Ruth and Tom for the excellent customer service not only did Ruth come out and test my battery and alternator but her and Tom also help me get the right size nut due to the fact that my vehicle was missing a stabilizer link nut that the mechanic did not replace so I want to thank them for all of their help.

  Excellent service from Ruth and Joe on a part that was covered under their limited lifetime warranty. They were both extremely helpful and friendly.

  Joe at this store completely saved my day and the kindness he provided me is not something you find too often anymore. My car began shutting down on me while I was driving. I was lucky enough to be right next to this advanced Auto parts store. I had just enough juice to pull into the parking lot. I had my 7 year old son in the car with me at the time. It was 7:00 at night and only 8 degrees outside. I went in and was told it is probably my alternator but he could put a new battery in my car to get me home. I have no family in the area and my husband was still at work. I asked him if he could put the battery in for me. Without hesitation he grabbed his tools and began replacing my battery in the freezing cold so I could get home. I was blown away by Joe’s kindness and willingness to help.
