Each time I go to this store, the greeting is loud and clear, and the help is great...Conversations are always fun after sweating under a hood or under a vehicle which takes away some frustration at least for a little bit - until I get back home to finish the install 😁. I dont know everything about cars by far, but each time I go to this store, I get things figured out thanks to the people behind the counter.

I love advance auto, but this store in particular needs new management. Ruth the manager cusses like a drunk sailor right in front of customers. She's rude on the telephone, and is easily upset in general. I suggest going to the store on casaloma!

So it's a rarity that you go to a parts store and the staff are knowledgeable and kind. So it's a pleasure for me to say that when I was in my time of need the staff at the store, on june, 14 2026 in the early evening, really made me feel like inwas in good hands. I really appreciate how nice and kind that the staff were to me and how willing they were to look for parts and make sure that I was going to be back on the road. Needless to say I need more parts but that's what you guys are here for. Thank you so much for making sure that I felt like I was in good hands. They deserve raises I swear it!

Super helpful staff and location. The young man, Trevor was amazing and totally helped me out today with my headlight. You have a great person in Trevor. Thank you all so much!

I don't think anyone actually works at this store I think the employees just hang out with their girlfriends by the back door, the front entrance is always locked during store hours.
