  It’s been the worst experience ever every time I’ve came in there’s always a 15 year old or younger working who doesn’t know what there doing at all. Today I went in with my boyfriend to get something to eat. While there I witnessed one of the workers working on another sub and the knife broke in the sub didn’t fix it or tell the customer about it. Then the lady who was making mine and my bfs subs was all over we had to tell her what to do multiple time. When I got home to eat my sandwich I found out my stuff was still frozen or cold. I’m very disappointed in this store. I’m new to the area and unless this place improves I doubt I’ll be back. Very very disappointed

  I dont have much else to say other than it seems like new pepole every other time im in there, and on top of that we ordered and got home, the chicken was practically frozen still, despite being "toasted", and we had to repeat ourselves like 3 times each, please train your staff to do things the correct way for the future, unsure if we'll return
