  I have to say the old lady named Edith is so rude. I just wanted to come in and get some food after work. She has the worst attitude and needs to be trained in how to treat customers.

  My food has always been decent. The interaction each time at the counter has not been great. After my last interaction I will not be back.

  Absolutely terrible experience with the Yelm Wingstop. I placed an order and drove 20 minutes to pick it up, only to have my order canceled right as I arrived. No phone call, no text, no warning just canceled after I had already wasted my time and gas. Thinking it was just a mistake, I tried ordering again through Uber Eats. They canceled that order too. If you can’t fulfill orders, stop accepting them. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether their food will actually be made. Wasting people’s time twice in the same day is completely unacceptable. There was no effort to communicate, apologize, or offer a solution. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and order from a restaurant that actually values its customers.

  Cashier had horrible customer service. We could see into the kitchen and no one was wearing GLOVES! A couple was eating inside and they asked the 2 girls on break eating at the only table in the lobby where they put their garbage from their order they just finished and they said “we can’t take it” so they left with their garbage 😭 Twilight zone in here
