  Yet again. They don’t understand the concept of sauce on the side. Being up-charged for not wanting soggy wings is so annoying. Also, on the phone order, I would ask questions about menu items and their literal response was “I don’t know, I just work here”…

  Food was good, the dude at the front sucked. If you didn't have your order memorized he started to act condescending and saying stuff under his breathe. Coworkers were next to him trying to play it off instead of correcting his behavior. Only positive thing was that he was not making the food.

  The chicken was ok. I was there for the first time didn't quite understand their menu or options. The counter person wasn't interested in helping much. They could have made the experience so much better. Customer service skills in many places like this is lacking.
