  These guys have always been helpful. Most recently they notarized a ton of docs. When the bank balked at one of the pages Dakotah reprinted it and notarized it again at no cost. These guys take customer service seriously.

  Subject: Koda deserves a promotion (and I deserve that $250 gift card! 😉) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 (Only because the scale doesn't go to 11!) I usually walk into shipping stores prepared to watch paint dry, but today was a total game-changer. The line was long, but a cashier named Koda was absolutely whipping through it like a retail superhero! Seriously, watching her work was like watching a masterclass in efficiency. She was lightning-fast and 100% accurate, handling every QR code and package with pure class—and still managed to sprinkle in a genuine hint of kindness for every single person. In a world of automated machines, Koda actually brightened everybody's day and turned a boring errand into the highlight of my morning. I am definitely recommending everyone I know to come to this location. If this review wins that $250 gift card, I might just have to spend it all on shipping boxes just to come back and say hi.   My partner went in to get signatures on his house-sale documents notarized. Manager told him the state of WA requires he charge him $15.00 PER NOTARY SIGNATURE/STAMP. That it's the "minimum amount" they're allowed to charge by the state. Absolutely untrue. That's the state MAXIMUM for an in-person signature. Nice hustle, though. They also wouldn't allow him to use his own witness and charged him to use one of the employees.
