  The customer service in this location really needs to be evaluated. Customers in the store should at least be greeted and talk to before an online order is started. I get that there’s time limits on online orders, but that could be explained to customers just standing there awkwardly. thank you for your patience explain why three sandwiches are being made before our order is being taken. Just really not a good experience. and I normally would not give a negative review, but this is now the third time that I have stood in that store waiting awkwardly while they make online orders

  Sarah provided superior service with genuine friendliness. She created excellent sub sandwiches while offering additional options in a gentle and helpful manner. Thank you so much 😊

  Sarah is always amazing! I come in weekly for my sandwich before work. She makes it perfect everytime and is always nice to chat with! If I come in on a day I know she works and she's not there, I cry a little inside. 🤣

  My 9 year old asks to go here every week after gymnastics. She specifically asks to go inside instead of mobile orders because she LOVES to say hi to “Her Sandwich People.” (Sara, Jillian and Jake) They always greet her with cheerfulness and smiles. They have absolute patience while she orders her sandwich herself (we are working on bravery skills) and never make her feel bad about asking for extra veggies or sauce on the side. (We have no problem paying for extras!) They ask her about her day and love talking music or clothes or whatever is on her mind while she gets her favorite dinner. It has become one of her favorite things every week, and as an spread-thin homeschooling mom of two I greatly appreciate the little extra effort they put in to help make our day a bit more fun. Thanks 💕🥰
