  Always clean, staff is friendly but a bit slow putting sandwiches together. They are also helpful with figuring out the latest deals.

  First time in this location and I’m a local. Place was spotless I could’ve eaten off the floor. I don’t usually do the review thing but the girl behind the counter was super friendly and what stood out the most is that- I’m a picky eater, I hate surprises in my sandwich- the person making my sandwich actually picked off the ingredients that accidentally made it on the sandwich and she was very delicate with it, she didn’t touch all over the sandwich she very carefully picked off a pickle or something that wasn’t supposed to be there. That stood out immensely. It’s one thing to walk into somewhere clean and welcoming it’s an entirely different thing when you can see that the person actually cares. Kudos to management for Sarah. Sandwiches were fantastic and what I expect from the chain. It’d hit and miss with a lot of subways recently and I’ll for sure come back to this specific location based on the single experience here.

  The customer service in this location really needs to be evaluated. Customers in the store should at least be greeted and talk to before an online order is started. I get that there’s time limits on online orders, but that could be explained to customers just standing there awkwardly. thank you for your patience explain why three sandwiches are being made before our order is being taken. Just really not a good experience. and I normally would not give a negative review, but this is now the third time that I have stood in that store waiting awkwardly while they make online orders
