  Cancelled my insurance policy with this office specifically cause my rate shot go over 100 dollars a month was told I owed nothing because I already payed for the month now 2 months later I’m getting messages from a collections agency stating I owe 138 dollars I received no email text call mail nothing saying I owed they people at this office show no care about this at all absolutely worst experience I have ever had I have proof and documentation showing that they are in the wrong had to take it all the way up the chain cause these people did not want to help now I have to go through the whole process of getting this off my credit report

  Would just like to give a huge shout out to my agent Jennifer. She always answers or either calls me back fast and gets whatever I request, done quickly and correctly. I have never had an agent like her before. I really enjoy going through this insurance company. They really take care of me and all my needs! Highly recommend.
