  A few years back American Family Insurance wasn't living up to even low expectations so I shopped around. Called Allstate and spoke with a gal for a brief moment before I had made my decision and said I'd be right down. Better price, more coverage, and most importantly the customer service you tell friends about. Flash forward to now... added a driver and vehicle. Closing previous policy and starting a new. Pay 6mo. at a time to save $ but funds might be very tight for that. Electronic refund/payment gonna cross paths and might leave my bill checking account overdrafted with the bulk of my automatic payments coming out at the same time. Obviously needed the insurance so ran the transaction anyways. Casey had heard my concerns and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND any agent I've had or heard of. Showed up just minutes later at my doorstep with our new insurance cards in the Allstate holder and cash out of his pocket to cover a possible overdraft fee. Had thought of shopping around again just to check for better rates and/or coverage, but service like his is unheard of and exceeds the high expectations I have when someone is working for me. I'll be sticking with my guy! Cue in their slogan... You're in good hands with Allstate. I'd definitely say so.

  I recently switched over to you guys here at the local Yakima ALLSTATE insurance agents are really easy to work with and help you anyway they can Casey Huber and team are very professional and easy to work with

  Been with Allstate for years! Moved back to WA state and would not recommend Allstate here with he "Huber" agency. I sold my home switch companies so I received a partial refund over a couple of thousand dollars and then sent to collections without being directly notified first, for a balance of 200+ dollars. I will never go back to Allstate. I was very upset over this. So be it, you only get 1 chance to screw me over so shame on you.

  Exceptional Service from Casey Huber - Highly Recommended! I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service provided by Casey Huber, my Allstate insurance agent.
