  I've been in twice. Both times I left feeling very unsettled. Both times I was treated like I didnt know what I was doing. When I went in today I was instantly told that I could help myself to the amazon kiosk, no hi, no welcome- how may I help you!? I then told the man that my package was customer packed and I needed to buy a bag. The dude didn't say a word the rest of the interaction.. acted annoyed and even caught him glaring after I paid. I said thank you when he handed me the receipt- no response. Safe to say I'll never go back in!

  Absolutely blown away by an interaction with one of the employees. I walk in to do some Amazon returns and the guy is clearly angry I give him the code and he says the label printer is out of paper. Starts talking down to me and being incredibly rude. Not the customers fault you are out of label paper. Crazy reaction from the employee.

  I use this UPS store frequently for Amazon returns and the staff is always ready to help if something isn't working right, they always seem happy when talking with eachother. I will continue to select this store when I need returns or to mail anything through UPS. (I tried the Maltby Rd store twice and both times they were grumpy.)
