  Taz was a wonderful UPS team member! I helped me with a heavy international shipment today and put on the complex shipping materials for me. He was incredibly friendly and professional. His attitude was a breath of fresh air. Definitely a rare gem! Thank you!

  Kendall was absolutely the best professional, and the most incredible customer service experience we could have received! Top line! I wish all customer service was in a mold and shape of candle! She should be managing the region! Way to go UPS hiring the best rep!

  The staff at the UPS store in Woodinville have always been tremendously helpful and polite. In my experience, they go above and beyond for customers, providing a tremendous community resource. A shout out goes to Desmond and Kendall, in particular, who went above and beyond to help me with a delivery issue. I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and compassion! They were amazing! Thank you.
