I’ve gone here many times and they never seem to make my order right. I thought ordering through the app so that they could see exactly what ingredients I wanted would make a difference. But literally I got 2 ingredients out of like the 8 I ordered. Very disappointed. To have to pay almost $16 for this? …. I’m just going to be taking my business to jimmy John’s from now on.

Came in today for lunch, and I am absolutely amazed how the customer service of this store has absolutely gone downhill to the bottom of a freaking trashcan, absolutely rude employees, doesn’t care about customer service. And acts like they don’t even want to be here, do better.

The worst customer service experience ever. Came with my family for lunch and from the moment we walked in we were rushed to ask how many sandwiches we wanted and I politely asked that he slow down as we had 5 people to order, he said we need to hurry up as their could be more customers coming in. Mind you we were the only ones in store at the moment. I let this employee know that we no longer wanted to order and he states that we don’t need your business. Very disappointed. Will never return to this location
