  I want to give a huge shout out to Chris who helped me with a missing package claim. My package got delivered to the wrong address, Chris along with the driver quickly figured out what address it was accidentally delivered to. Within a day they were able to retrieve the package and deliver it to me! I wasn’t expecting it to be resolved so quickly but super appreciative. :)

  Fed ex is the worst to ship with. Can't deliver the package at a specific time. On top of that when I went to pick up my package for my brother they refused to call him to verify my ability to pick up the package. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

  I came with an unsealed, overflowing box, and they repacked it for me and sent it out. It was received the next day with regular shipping! Great job guys!
