  I don’t normally leave reviews but this was a weird situation. We went in today and I asked if i could just heat my meat with the cheese and the guy seemed so bothered by me asking that, he was new, so I get not knowing how or never being asked that. Then I told him it’s fine we can just beat the whole sandwhich and he finally was like no it’s fine. I got it. So then I ended up wanting to heat up the whole sandwich, which I get may have been annoying but I was looking at it and it just needed to be toasted …. But this guy was sooo upset. Visibly. He snapped back and was like you know toasting the sandwhich beats up the whole thing and I told him I know, I used to work here but I wanted to meat hot not just warmed up. He took so long (I get it he is new… but another guy did 3 customers before he finished ours. But I understood. I was new once too. I wasn’t asking him to do anything that his job asked him to do. He gets paid to heat up my sandwich and he shouldn’t have been so upset about it. Like it was a huge inconvenience to his day. Then another guy checked us out and I asked for 2 water cups and they couldn’t find any so the other guy was going to give us 2 small cups and the guy who made our sandwich was like NO you can’t do that. . . They could put soda in it. The other guy was like it’s fine, we will watch her put water in it, it’s not a big deal we don’t have water cups. I asked the guy who was checking us out if I could get the guys name who made our sandwiches. His name was Luke, the guy who checked us out was Max (nice kid) Then I went up after there was no one else in the store, I didn’t want to embarrass Luke since like I said I could tell he was new. He is the one who came up to the counter and I asked him if there was a manager there and he said no. So I said okay… maybe a shift lead and he was like yeah I guess… goes and get someone else. I could tell he knew why I was up there. So I was like do you know what I’m going to say.. and he was like no what? Very rude and like he could care less. I was like yeah so his customer service isn’t the greatest and he could work on not making a customer feel like they are inconveniencing him at his work place where it’s literally his job to put on good customer service and make sandwiches. The other guy was like well you can see why it would make him upset right? Like no… I can’t. I apologized for deciding after the fact to heat up my whole sandwich. He didn’t need to be so rude. Then I asked for this guys name and he said it three times so quietly and he finally spoke up and I think he said Brein and I said (Bre-in) and he kept taking over me and I was like I just want the right name. Max was standing up at the sandwich station and I said can I get his name. And I think he said the same thing… Brein! they should really wear name tags. This guy was so rude, you have a great team working together at washougal location. Do better boys!

  Always great service!! I'd recommend eating at this subway. They are working on updates as well (please take the ceiling fans that can't be safe?). Overwise we love!!

  I went in tonight and the lady working was so kind, I was having kind of a rough night and she was very sweet and we had a good talk while she made my amazing sandwich . I know some of the reviews say “ they’re slow” but I work in the food industry too and honestly I wanna see them make a sandwich in their expected time, I believe the service was in reasonable time and great. But overall had a great sandwich, and great experience at this location <3

  Ordered on line got home no meat at all tride to call no one ever answered worst subway ever
