Open until 6 doesn't mean they'll take your business until 6. Popped in for a quick printing job (30 standard pages) at about 5:55 and was told they had already 'turned printing off' and that open until 6 actually means that the staff leave at 6.

I stop in often for my client who has me pick up her mail. The staff always says hello and are very pleasant. I needed a bunch of copies last week and decided to try here instead of the other place in Eastgate. They were so nice and calculated how many I could get, did all the work for me and then inspected the copies to make sure they were perfect. The level of kindness and competence here actually made my day better.

Couldn’t have been less kind or helpful. I guess they feel like they can be and that’s pretty sad.
MyMove is there to force advertisers on you and refuse to allow you to change your address online. So there’s that.
Then you get to wait for 20 minutes to get a form that you should be able to grab and fill out before waiting for 20 minutes. Then you get to wait in line again for 20 minutes for a task that takes less than a minute.
All the while you get to enjoy the one other person that was there to serve customers only helping drop offs. Otherwise, just standing there watching the line get longer and not actually helping anyone.
It’s an experience I wish on no one.
Congrats. This is why people are tempted with privatization. Maybe competition will make you care about your job and the service you (don’t currently) provide.

First let me say I'm an older gal ( senior) and to say iam tech challenged would be a very true statement. Iam not familiar with mailing pkgs and especially at returning them, that being said here is my horror story. On 4-23-26 at approx 8am I took my color guard home medical test which is time sensitive once completed and needs to be returned ASAP. I walked into the ups store noone else was there the guy working there was in the back when he came around the corner he did not greet me and I could tell he recognized the box (pkg) he acted like whatever was inside might get on him. He glanced at the top of my pkg where the original label still addressed to me was and I had not taped the box shut yet as I said I wasn't sure how this all worked I really thought they would print out a return label and surely they had a peice of tape. He tapped the top of my pkg and very rudely in a patronizing tone told me I had to go re read the instructions as I clearly had not now he nay have been right about that however it was his rude tone and manner Iam not a child. I truly was at a loss and extremely frustrated. I took the box and drove back home I looked closely at the original label on top abd I couldn't believe what I saw the return label was underneath the original label I was furious!! All I had to do was peel off the original label ,tape the box shut abd it was ready to mail why couldn't he have shown me that while I was there he had no other customers in the store. He knew that return label was underneath. He made me drive all the way back home. I went back to the store with the completed pkg still noone else there i sat the pkg on the counter ge laughed abd asked if I had figured it out in a very smartie tone I said yes and I thought he was very rude and not helpful at all I headed for the door when he hollered no no no your not welcome here in my store take your pkg and leave abd he followed me outside where he put my pkg on my car I took the pkg back inside and asked where else I could go he said that was my problem and he threatened then to call the cops. I left and drove down the street to another postal business where I was greeted and treated with respect my pkg was nicely taken from my shaking hands approved and mailed off. I will never return to the original ups store on 9th Ave and I will tell everyone I can how I horrorifically i was treated.
