  Staff is always working hard and has a great attitude. Mel was an absolute gem and provided top notch customer service promptly. She deserves a raise.

  It took them 20 minutes to make our order! People that came in after us got food first. Also got our order wrong and then when we asked if they could take the wrong food away they said it’s not aloud and we had no room at our table. We used to love this place! Super disappointed will not be going back here or to any locations because they music was just cuss word after another! Not kid friendly.

  To whoever white person that is under seasoning their chicken. retrain yourself or quit this job is not for you. I paid way too much money in this economy to at least get something seasoned and sauced properly. My chicken was decorated with three to five specks of pepper on each wing.

  worker was very disrespectful yelled at me and my family while we asked for more ranches after she forgot them after asking what dipping sauce we wanted,shes been sneezing on the food

  we had ranch on our order and the blonde hair girl forgot our ranch that was on the order than get disrespectful with me just because i was telling i’ve never heard of paying for ranch that was on my order
